Each summer our church family spends a weekend at Messiah College to immerse ourselve in God's Word.  We have guest speakers for the Chinese and English Congreations.  We also have programs for our children.  Come join us.

Summer Family Retreat
July 10 - 12, 2026 (Friday to Sunday)

English Speaker : Rev. Thomas Wong

In person registration at church starts from June 7, 2026.  To encourage Brothers and Sisters to attend the once a year Summer Family Retreat, there will be discount for Early Registration. (Note: Family maximum means family will only need to pay for 2 adults plus 2 children, even with larger family size). Children <5 years of age are free).

Rev. Paul Chang
2026 Retreat Chinese Speaker

Rev. Paul Chang was born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering of Taiwan University (1974). His wife, Mrs. Chang, specializes in Christian Counseling. Their adult son and daughter are both working.  Paul left his secular job in 1978.  Rev. Chang served in seven churches, and retired in 2023. Rev. Chang received his MAR (1985), ThM (1992), PhD (2001) at Westmins Theological Seminary, specializing in Puritan history theology.

Thomas Wong
Retreat English Speaker
Rev. Thomas Wong is currently the lead pastor at East Brunswick Community Church in central NJ which he planted in 2016.  It is a multicultural/ethnic congregation comprised of over 25 different nationalities and 18 languages.  He received his M.Div from Trinity International University in 2001.  He and Suzy have been married since 1994 and together have raised 5 sons between the ages of 17-30.  His hobbies include golfing, cooking (esp BBQ in his smoker), home improvement projects and working on cars;  and he’s looking forward to spending a weekend with CCCGW, which was the church he grew up in as a teenager.
